Differentiated Professional Development

PB Consultants will meet with the School Administrator to establish a yearlong Professional Development Plan by using the School Improvement Plan and school goals. This plan will include customized monthly topics, on-line resources and a book study group.

Connect and Collaborate

Educators are afforded the opportunity to pose questions to PB consultants 24/7. Dialogue with the consultant(s) is confidential. A discussion board is available on the web site to learn, share and collaborate.

Continual Feedback

A short, confidential questionnaire is sent to each participant throughout the year. Participantreflections and comments will be shared with the school administrator to review data and assess needs. (Administrator will receive teacher feedback without teacher identification). A new monthly topic will be determined based on the review of the data. Participants will receive weekly e-mails with problem solving strategies, motivational and educational ideas relating to the “topic” of the month.
